Metaphor
Valuable product Increments are like adjusting the thermostat in a chilly room. Each adjustment closes the gap between the current temperature and the comfort you’re aiming for.
In the same way, each Increment narrows the satisfaction gap, proving the team is warming customers toward the value they actually want.
