Relying on just the Product Owner for stakeholder input is like sending only the translator to a peace negotiation. They might relay the words, but the nuance, intent, and opportunities for connection get lost without the full team present.
That’s why the whole Scrum Team must engage with stakeholders—so feedback fuels smarter decisions, not just secondhand summaries.
