Additionally, terminology updates improve clarity and alignment:
- “Actor” is now “Persona” to match UX language.
- “Deliverables” are now PBIs (Product Backlog Items) for consistency with Scrum.
These refinements ensure the map reflects both user motivation and practical delivery language, bridging the gap between intent and execution.
