Don’t wait for teams to “see the light.” Proactively orchestrate proper Sprint Reviews, draw stakeholders in, and relentlessly unblock delivery of done increments so teams experience empiricism in action—then inspect and adapt. Be “leaders in empiricism,” not only facilitators.

Metaphor

Being a Scrum Master who waits for teams to “see the light” is like standing in a dark room, hoping someone else flips the switch. The point is, illumination only happens when someone takes action to make the experience unavoidable.

That’s why effective Scrum Masters lead empiricism—turning on the lights through real Sprint Reviews, stakeholder engagement, and done increments that can’t be ignored.
